We wanted to do up a review for Katsiris Realty as we had such a wonderful experience. More specifically with Dimitri Katsiris. We hired him as our realtor. He helped us get into our forever home & sell or existing house. From the beginning to the end he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. But what caught our attention when we first met was that he seemed like a genuine person and honest. - that he was indeed! Those are significant traits in a person and hard to find professionally. Dimitri answered all our questions and didn’t feed any bs. He priced our house accordingly and we sold in just over a week.He worked his magic and made sure our dates were lined up right for our family even though we had an anxious buyer for our home. Dimitri took care of everything from house inspection, cleaning, professional photos and lawyer appointments. An extra was that Katsiris brochures were beautiful! We will be recommending Dimitri to all our family and friends as he went above and beyond and truly took care us from the beginning to the end!

I flew into Saskatoon on 4 days notice and told Dimitri that I needed to buy a house. He was extremely accommodating, sent lots of resources, made suggestions and helped me find the perfect house for us (as my partner had to stay behind for work). From start to finish Dimitri Katsiris provided me with excellent and professional service in relation to both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my existing home. With regard to finding me potential new homes, Dimitri asked for my "wish list" for the new place and then almost immediately he provided me with a substantial number of options that were within the parameters that I had set. His comments during the viewing of several properties were relevant and very useful and I quickly found a new property to call home. With the sale of my current home, things also went very smoothly. First he provided me with a list of comparable homes that had sold in the last couple of years in order that I would be comfortable in establishing an appropriate price for my house. The price that was established was both competitive and reasonable and in a very short time he was able to find the right purchaser for my place. All throughout the purchase of my new place and the sale of my current place, Dimitri was in very regular contact..... keeping me very much "in the loop" as to what was going on...... thereby making the entire process virtually seamless and stress free. Dimitri certainly knows the real estate business and the Saskatoon market. I would recommend him highly for anyone in need of these services. On a more personal level, I felt that, throughout, Dimitri was sincerely interested and focused on making sure that I was happy with both the purchase part and the sale part.
