I've used Culebra twice now, staff our always friendly, helpful and do good work. Had a good experience the first time but today service technicians were 45 minutes late, I was charged a service fee of $35 for their short commute time and the full $90/hr rate for a job that only took 30 minutes. Total bill is $131.35 for a kitchen line clean-out.
