Followed it and everything is working again.
Very thankful and can only refer to him when any heating or cooling need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike is AMAZING!!! Came late in the day on CHRISTMAS EVE!!! Repaired and fixed what the problem was, (there was an additional issue, that could not be determined, until the furnace failed again) texted him early (VERY EARLY), CHRISTMAS DAY!!! He was HERE, had the part, and fixed it before 8 a.m.
Thanks, SO MUCH, Mike!!! I don't know what I would have done, over the holidays, without his help, professionalism, and timely response!!!.
Please keep in mind, this was -34, temps.....trying to "figure it out", could have been disastrous.
Having Mike here, on call, saved CHRISTMAS!!!!
(As well as my pipes, and other possible resultant damages).
I'll never call another furnace guy!!! I recommend MWK Heating & Cooling to anyone, and everyone!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace went out on a -30 degree Saturday morning. They were there in 30 minutes to fix the issue. Ended up replacing our furnace with a new one, as well as fixed issues with an improperly installed humidifier and improper exhaust pipes that were not up to code. The new furnace heats the home much more efficiently and I would definitely recommend using MWK in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike answered the call on my furnace issue. Turns out furnace would overheat due to heavy filters. He knew the issue pretty much right away and the results showed. -40 outside and Mike came over about an hour after I originally called. Highly recommend. Thanks again Mike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple years ago I contacted MWK and Mike showed up promptly (after hours call) as my furnace quit in the middle of winter. He fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price.
A few days ago my furnace quit entirely so I got quotes from 6 different companies around Saskatoon. MWK was the cheapest by over $800 plus MWK gives 10 years parts+labor and an extra 5 years on parts.
The best comparable warranty from the other companies was 10 years parts+labor (only 1 of the other 5 offered that)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had two techs inspect our furnace before Mike was recommended to us. These two both reported the same issue. Mike gave us a much more thorough diagnosis of our furnace and proved through multiple tests that the previous recommendation was incorrect. This in the long run saved us from wasting money hunting to fix the real problem and allowed us to make a more informed decision. His service was excellent, and if you have a Carrier, Bryant, or Payne furnace… this is your guy, full stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up Sunday morning to a freezing house because the furnace quit working. Called MWK Heating & Cooling LTD. Mike showed up promptly. Within a few quick moments he diagnosed the problem and said he carried the motor we required. He left for maybe 20 minutes, came back and had it fixed and running in less than another 20 minutes. Had a conversation about what likely happened and how we can help maintain it for the future. Very impressed and fantastic service. Highly recommend!
