I am not sure what people are expecting who wrote bad reviews but here is our experience: We were seated at peak time on Saturday night within 5 minutes We were given menu's which we could browse Within 5 more minutes our waitress came by We ordered and in due course the salad and other food came I felt the waitress provided as much attention as warranted. The food was very good and my kids enjoyed themselves

Recently renovated and great family environment, though there is a pleasant bar area as well. The #1 choice of our children due to animal chicken nuggets and a kids room for playing. Allows parents some much needed relax time! Pricing is very reasonable and service is great!

Don't make the mistake of ordering online. You will show up and be given some excuse about how it was never received even though a confirmation was sent. They will then make you re-order again and wait an additional 30 minutes. Very poor organizational skills. Have ordered from many restaurants online, never had an issue before.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had horrible quality stale food, seems like they used old fries and just dipped them back in oil to make fresh obviously I could tell. Paid 15.95 for a club sandwich with dry chicken and I kid you not barely a piece of lettuce !? Bacon was the microwaveable kind they put 2 slices for the whole sandwich. Please Wtv u do DONT order it just go to la belle province and get one 100 times better. If I could vote 0 I would have. I will never eat fro this establishment again.

113.dollar order 5 plates french fries are not even cooked asked for no tomatoes in one of the clubs and I waited 15 minutes on the phone for this. Not my first bad experience with this restaurant but it is my last. I worked and managed restaurants for along time. 1 piece of advice to the owner their are alot of restaurants in the area and they are very good and you can make them look good and make more money if you keep pissing off your clients.

My family used to love ST.Hubert and we used to purchase there quite often. I have only had one bad experience before, in Laval. I complained and I was taken care of very professionaly. For the amount of years I have been a customer and the amount of money I have spent at St. Hubert, I expect the service to be professional. If your employees mess up orders, simply fix it!!!! Don't dismiss your consumers... Without them, you would be out of business. I work for a multibillion company and our Customer Service is always of the highest standards, so I take it very personally when I am treated disrespectfully and dismissed for taking the time to call and share my feedback with the company. May I suggest investing a little in giving your employees a little Empathy course? They really need it at St. Therese location!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! St. Hubert, you have lost a customer.
