J'ai attendu en ligne pour avoir des informations sur les robinets, pour me faire dire qu'ils sont trop occupés pour me répondre et que je devais prendre un rendez-vous.
Je suis allé dans une autre plomberie qui ne demande pas de rendez-vous et j'ai acheté mes robinets, toilette et lavabo.
Petit conseil facile à appliquer ; Ils devraient mettre un avis dans la porte d'entrée disant que ça prends un rendez-vous pour avoir des conseils.
What is this new mode of making an appointment to shop, it's worse than going to the doctor!
I waited in line for information about the faucets, only to be told that they are too busy to answer me and that I should make an appointment.
I went to another plumber who doesn't require an appointment and bought my faucets, toilet and sink.
A little advice that is easy to apply; They should put a notice on the front door saying it takes an appointment for advice.

He found the one that worked and I don't think he would have given up otherwise ! I am so happy to have my dishwasher running !!
