They were understaffed.
The food was ok. Not good. Just ok and expensive for what it was. I suggest you use a promo if you go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went Monday Jan. 8 2018. Closed for a "delayed" Christmas party at 19:00. Got there at 19 15 at the drive-threw and no response. Delivery cars arriving while i'm there and don't tell me a word. Finally get fed up and park my car to order from the front counter. Doors are locked and employees inside are looking at me. I try the other door and still locked. Finally i notice the sign on the door. 1. No sign in the drive-threw. 2. Delivery drivers didn't come to see me while they were chit-chatting outside. 3. employees inside looking at me as if i was disturbing them. All it took was for one person to say something to me or make a gesture from the inside that they were closed. Instead you get two star from the bad experience. But i agree B&C still better than St-Hubert and cheaper.
