★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and quiet, but thats it. 45min wait for food at 5:30 pm..... Another table arrived 15min after us, got served before and they were 4 and us 2 people. No waiter visit (no water or salad fillup) and one error overcharge on bill. Bad service sadly. Does not represent the food. The piri piri chicken is really good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is friendly. However the service is a bit slow. My wife ordered a french martini and it took them 10 minutes to notify us they were out of pineapple juice. She had to settle for a cosmo but the lady rushed to order the drink without asking her which type of vodka she'd like. Also keep in mind we had been sitting for 20 minutes and the food order hadn't been placed yet. The waitress was nice but at no point she came back to check on us once the food was brought to us. I had to ask for a water refill after I was done eating. Overall the service could have been better. The place was packed so I'm not sure if it had anything to do with it. But a simple "sir we apolagize for the delay" or " is everthing" can go a long way and makes a difference. All about being proactive and scope around to make sure your customers are taken care of. The little things...I give them a 3 stars most because the staff is courteous. BTW we ate at the bar. Could have been a different experience in a different section of the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re a tourist, definitely not tourist friendly. The waitress started acting rude when we told her that we didn’t speak French... My family was going to eat here but I was eating a personal size pizza from Boston Pizza and the waitress, instead of asking me nicely to not eat that inside the restaurant, SHE LITERALLY CLOSED MY PIZZA BOX AND SAID NO!! Definitely not like the other Rôtisserie St-Huberts out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the drive through. Putting our order in was fast but delivery was quite slow. We had two 1/4 chickens and 2 zoomobiles.
The food was ok, but the packaging made the fries soggy and the dipping sauce exploded in one of the kids meals before we got home.
The meat was very hot even after 10 minutes in the car. The creamy coleslaw was very creamy which I enjoyed.
