★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reception is terrible, so disorganized it's insane. Had to go multiple times over the years and it's always the same, also for my roommate! Very unprofessional and disorganized, and most certainly not accommodating at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment which took 6 months to make. 2 days before, on a Sunday, I got terribly sick with the flu. I couldn't even get out of bed. Of coure Dr.Jagdis' office was closed since it was Sunday, and they have no VM, so I couldn't cancel my appointment with the 48 hours necessary for my Tuesday appointment. I called Monday morning and they said they'd be charging me for cancelling. I had a flu! If I dragged myself in, I would've gotten everyone else sick and been vomitting everywhere. You'd think health care professionals would realize this? They were incredibly rude on the phone and sent me a bill 3 days later. I guess they realize we have little choices here so you can treat your customers as poorly as you want. I had also booked 2 other appointments that same day for other medical issues - all waved the fee due to my flu. Besides Ross Bay Health Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love my dr but this whole appointments never being when they say they will be is getting old. Be warned if you need to do ANYTHING else that day don't bother having an appointment the same day. It is truely unfair how much they don't respect people's time.
