A simple, patient, kind and professional experience that put me at ease for going into the office. As soon as I entered the office Annika welcomed me right over to her desk. I explained my anxiety and she was so patient and reassuring. I will be loyal to Annika and Harbors for as long as I need insurance! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was! I thought I would call first to find out what I needed, the agent (Greg Neufeldt) assured me that this can do done over the phone for Covid Safety. He guided me through while I made him wait while I was gathering the needed info. Sometimes for minutes on the phone and hours by email. Overall, my experience was great and I recommend Greg for all needs related to marine insurance.
