Diamond was very friendly (excellent salesman too ?), the service was top notch, delivery and installation was smooth. Bed is excellent quality and I am very pleased with how it turned out. In all our dealings - inquiries about pieces and prices - they have been responsive and informative, getting back to us promptly. Most recently we purchased a lift top coffee table. When we got it home, we found it had a bit of a marring visible in some lights (easy to miss, but it bothered us). Rosewood was super responsive and exchanged the piece with no questions - saying they wanted us to be happy. They delivered the new table today and it looks beautiful. Further, their delivery team was courteous (masks on, shoes off, careful of our walls) and provided an extra touch by adding a polish to our table! I appreciate quality and extraordinary customer service and have no hesitation in recommending Rosewood.
