★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an 18 year old cat that was deathly ill. Being new to the city I did not have a vet. This hospital was the only one in Welland that would take her in to be euthanized. Very sympathetic and professional. This is the go to place. Thank you.

Very thorough .
Always takes time to answer any questions or concerns .
Nice small family practice who really truly cares for animals and their owners .
We have tried many different veterinary clinics and find it is rare to have a clinic who has not exceeded their patient limits and takes the well being of their clients over financial gains .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My greatest concern about my cat's visit today is they are still keeping the pet owners out of the building, all covid restrictions have been lifted so what are they hiding? The bill was also considerably higher than expected.

(Outside in the freezing cold) to make sure I understood her recommendaions.
They were most understanding about my financial position as a senior and I
so appreciated that extra care.
