★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is fairly clean and well maintained. The close proximity to the university is nice if you're a student. Of course, being Vancouver, the rent is way too high. Also, my kitchen is very small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there 8 years and it was an amazing home for me. The building is always so clean and the managers are helpful, professional, and speedy. I loved the quiet neighborhood and amenities such as the gym. The price is great and the suites are quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not even moved in yet, and I can't wait to enjoy my new home in this beautiful, well-kept building with a very professional and personable management. From my first appointment to see. the advertised suite through my application and signing of the lease, as well as many questions afterwards, Mira has been extremely responsive, helpful, and efficient. I love the bright, spacious apartment I am moving into, the clean common areas, flexibility in renting an affordable storage locker and an assigned parking space, the small but practical gym which I will use regularly. The neighbourhood is also lovely, with many interesting shops, eateries, on West 10th, UBC gates on one side and the public library two blocks away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just finished our first year at Bellevue Towers. Ana and Mira are the best managers ever! The building is always well taken care of and has an excellent atmosphere. We would definitely recommend renting at Bellevue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been renting here for about half a year, and I haven't had any problem yet. The building is well-managed and the neighbor is quiet. The manager is friendly and professional. The bus stops and eateries are convenient around here. The rent in Vancouver is quite high though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are most impressed with Ana and Mira at Bellevue Tower. They were very accommodating in showing various family members the apartment 3 times within a 26 hour period. They answered all of our questions and made us feel that we were going to be part of the Hollyburn community. The apartment has been recently renovated and painted. The hardwood floors throughout the apartment are in excellent condition. Tomorrow is March 1st and we get the key to our new home. It is bright and airy and I’m sure that we’ll be very happy there!!
