Especially the nice vet. Candy you’re amazing and felt like I’ve known you forever! Front desk so nice and polite! Honestly it was just a piggy but to an animal suffering you’re more than just that I can guarantee! Oh and Candy you picked the right line of work! You’re amazing at what do! Dr. Natalie and her team were amazing and followed up to see how I was doing. Gestures like this from a vet are thoughtful and do not go unnoticed. They are easy to get ahold of and quick to make appointments. Fair pricing. I recently adopted two kittens and will continue to bring them here. Thank you guys!
M	Myriam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very compassionate... BUT... I'm in choc because I paid 250$ for my pet rat euthanasia that I brought home after (so no cremation, I did a home burial). I really feel like that price doesn't make any sense. It's very unfortunate... my rat was in pain and we couldn't wait another day and I wasn't able to find another vet today... I'm grateful for the staff compassion and for the fact that they could get her in today... But... on the other hand.... I think the price is excessive and should be reviewed... I would never thought euthanasia could cost that much based on the fact that other exotic vet in n-falls charge around 30$ for a pet rat euthanisa when it's a home burial... and based on the fact that I've paid 350$+tx at other vet for way more complex procedures such as lump removal... I still can't believe they charge that amount...

They took the best care they could of my kylo, unfortunately he passed away but they did everything they could to help and even made a donation in his name after he passed away. They are now taking care of my two cats and I look forward to their care in the future.
A	Ashleigh Brown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Main West was amazing when I took my bunny Maple to them to be spayed. I loved this place as soon as i walked in. However, even from prior conversations with staff, i could tell that they were very patient and well organized. They genuinely do care about the pets in their care. I even received very useful care tips! As well as follow up calls to check on my bunny's progress. I would 100% reccomend their services.
M	Mike Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT take your birds here ever! We took our African grey here to have his wing feathers trimmed as his normal person was unable to do them. The vet here has absolutely no idea how to properly trim birds wings but decided to try anyways. With improper wing trimming they have left our bird in a very unsafe situation. They cut them so short that he will not be able to safely fly down if he is startled or gets off his cage which can often result in a broken beak or worse. It will be quite some time before they grow back to a safe length so he will not be able to go on any of his stands for quite some time. Absolute hacks! You have lost our business for all of our animals. If you don't know how to do something on an animal don't just try it. On top of this they charged us $90 for the hack job and would not offer a refund.
R	RedVexeD “Locutette” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, friendly staff and all. Check-up was smooth and well done, doctors knowledgeable. 10/10 recommended - my dog isn't usually nervous, but he was a bit for his first visit with them and they handled him well. :)

Unfortunately our vet had called in and they were looking to reschedule. I didn't get the message until after we were at the clinic and they were so kind! Dr Bhan made time in his morning to see us. He was patient and kind, answered every question and made sure that my puppy was as relaxed as possible before giving her the shots. She didn't even flinch. I'm very happy with our choice!
