β β β β β We needed to replace the flat roof on our house and were looking for reliable and professional roofers. Our friend recommended us to get in touch with Roof and Roll as he was very happy with the job they did for him recently. Taking into account his advice, we booked an appointment shortly.
Stepan, who provided us with the estimate, was very knowledgable, did a careful inspection of the roof and answered all the questions we had. He explained in details all the options we can choose from, told us about advantages and disadvantages of each, offered his suggestions about the materials and different techniques. He went above and beyond to find the most optimal solution in terms of quality/durability and which also meets our budget. His quote was upfront and there was no surprises regarding the cost in the end.
The Roof and Roll team arrived on time, everyone was very polite and professional. We were impressed with their work ethic and the end result which was delivered on schedule. In addition, they left the area cleaner than they found it!
Stepan followed up with us a few weeks later to address any issues that we identified... but there were none! It was an absolute pleasure working with these guys! Thanks a lot for your professionalism and hard work!
