Called a number of companies but they were either not interested because it wasn't a big enough job, quotes extremely expensive or simply would respond once then we would never hear from them again. After those headaches I found Crown Roofing who responded very quickly, came in and I received a quote within a day. They kept me up to date on when the materials would be ready and arrived exactly when they said they would. We were very happy with the service they provided all the way through the process. I have had other roofing companies come out and inspect our properties over the years to see how compariable they would be to Crown Industrial Roofing's service and repairs and I must say they don't even come close. The First Class Service they provide starts from the minute I call them to come out to do a roof inspection for leaks or other issues that we were having with our roofing needs and then it continues with their professioanal knowledge on what needs to be done to make all the necessary repairs. The quotes for the scope of work that needs to be done comes back immediatley after meeting with their professional staff , while I've had to wait for days for quotes to come back from other roofing companies. Once I have made my decision to go with Crown Industrial Roofing , I receive a follow up phone call immediately from them to book a time and day for repairs to be done and once the day and time is confirmed it never gets changed. Their people that come out to do the necessary repairs to the roof are very respectful and courteous and have always been professional to get the work done in a timely manner and at the same time maintaining the high quality of the workmanship and materials used to get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend Crown Industrial Roofing to anyone who is need of a roof repair done and you will see for yourself the professionalism that comes with them and their workmanship.
