★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unsatisfied with my experience. I got my phone screen repaired here 3 months ago for almost $400. A few days ago, the screen started showing a defect where pixels started going black and this spread across the whole screen in a couple of days. I did absolutely nothing that could have damaged the screen. I was CAREFUL after the incident with the first screen. I thought there was limited lifetime warranty according to the website, but they told me the warranty is only one month at this location. That's the first red flag... At first they said that they can only offer a paltry $20 discount on another screen replacement. When I pressed them about the screen being defective, they said they would have to send the screen in to have the manufacturer validate that the screen is defective and send a new one, a process that takes at least two weeks, and then CPR would still charge for labour. On top of that, I don't trust that the defective screen will not be damaged during removal or shipment back to the manufacturer who will scrutinize the screen for any reason not to give me a replacement. Why would I do all that when I need a phone today? Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else or buy a new phone instead of wasting $400 here on a screen replacement that offers almost no guarantees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to CPR Cell Phone Repair three times with three different issues and have been satisfied with the service each time. The first time, the problem arose that the keyboard stopped working on my laptop. CPR staff quickly and accurately identified the problem and fixed the laptop within 1 day, thanks to which I was able to receive the laptop on the same day that I sent it in for repair. The price turned out to be quite reasonable. The second time I was forced to seek help from CPR due to a broken screen on an iPhone 11. The phone was fixed within 30 minutes, after which a protective film was applied. I received a phone in my hands that looked like new, and the price was also acceptable. For the third time, I again asked for help regarding my laptop. Several keys fell off on it, which were necessary for the comfortable operation of the computer. I thought I would have to order a new keyboard and do a replacement. Instead, a CPR employee figured out a way to put the keys back, did it in 7 minutes, and didn't even charge a dime! I am very pleased with the service provided at CPR, as well as the attitude of employees towards their customers. They are always friendly, welcoming and ready to help. I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair again. In case I have problems with any of my devices, I will definitely visit them.

I called several places and wasn't confident in the delivery time, but when I went to CPR on woodbine i immediately felt at ease by how quickly they provided a diagnostic and an estimated duration of repair. They fixed my phone within an hour, and their price is comparable with everyone else (they were $10.00 cheaper than most for battery repairs) they have the parts in the store so there isn't any waiting on parts delivery. Long story short, my phone was fixed for a great price, the service is upfront, they get right to the point and they are so quick with repairs. If your frantically looking for a repair shop for your phone, go to this place and save yourself the time shopping around anywhere else.
