★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had a problem with this Rona, the staff has always been helpful and friendly, and for being a smaller store they still carry a wide selection of things I need. Also they have some great in store discounted stuff in the middle of the isles. Place is always well put together; no pallets in the middle of the rows or stuff on the floor. Well done!

We had come in to the contractors dept on August 12 (AM) and requested a quote for some material for a build we are doing for a customer. We dealt with Shawn and he said he would send our quote by email. Today is August 16 and we still have not received the quote. We have just gone in and spoke with Shawn again and asked where are quote was and were advised "oh yeah, I have your info here". We asked where our quote was and were told "I got busy, this is busy store". We were then told that we should expect to wait 5 - 7 days for material quotes.....how can someone wait that long for a quote? Are you so busy that you don't need the business? We deal with Timber Town and the Cedar Shoppe in Calgary and we receive our quotes the same day. How can a company Rona's size not be able to do this? Very disappointing service! Again, review is for the Contractors Department.
