★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to return REEBOK performance base layer pant. The lady told me that it cannot be returnable because it is an UNDERGARMENT. However, I never worn it for once and It is defective that’s why I went to return it. But now it is an UNDERGARMENT so I cannot return it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a return without a receipt (my bad) on a space heater bought in spring started used in winter(obviously not going to use in summer).
Get there at opening has to wait for cashier to meander to desk even though there were multiple staff at desk none wanted to own the customer waiting.
Was honest about when I bought it...big mistake but thought there would be no problem heater gas Walmartstock tag on and this brand is pretty much only sold at Walmart. Got brushed off right away due to date. She turns to her supervisor who looks very annoyed and she says same thing but what about common sense I said no acknowledgement.
Ask to speak with manager who strolls over clearly already made up her mind she would not go against the other.
Clearly adhering to a arbitrary policy is more important than keeping customers just wanted an exchange or store credit. Instead you lose future sales well over value of heater. I have a long memory and Walmart does not have unique products. Do better Walmart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each time I visit this location it's a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, I needed some cooler water bottles refilled asked the customer service yellow vest how do I do this, they showed me. I went to the area and didn't listen well enough the first time, I felt like an idiot and went to ask the yellow vest a 2nd time expecting some backlash, but none was given. They even walked around the back of the rack to help me get a full water bottle.
On another visit I was close to the parchment paper but couldn't find it. I saw a blue vest staff member working on a electronics display and asked them where I could find the parchment paper. They walked me down the next isle to show me where it was. Very helpful staff :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are never cashiers working! They call this a super Walmart but it is small, the produce is rotten and there is none if the product found in real Superstore Walmart's. Angry mean women telling you to do self checkout or too bad, wait for the one cashier to get to you. What a joke. This is why we usually go to the city and skip this farce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pricing problem and walmart didn't give me the sticker price...never had this issue until today.As a clerk played supervisor today.
If the product has a sticker price on it and the shelf says a higher price honor that price.
And open up the checkouts for your customers if you want people to shop there hire some staff.Strathmore Walmart needs a few changes they are the worst Walmart...
