Je suis allée pour acheter un tapis "en spécial". Tout les tapis mêler dans le même panier spécial ou pas!
Fin avril je vient d'acheter une petite table patio. J'ai mentionné au commis de plancher que la boîte était endommagée. Réponse typique d'un paresseux: " Sont tous comme ça".
Effectivement le contour de la table est égratignée avec une encoche.
Je dois me taper une autre marche de 650 m. pour aller échanger. Un p'tit café avec ça chère cliente retraitée?

I went to buy a carpet "on special". All carpets mix in the same special basket or not!
At the end of April I just bought a small patio table. I mentioned to the floor clerk that the box was damaged. Typical response from a sloth: "Are all like that".
Indeed the outline of the table is scratched with a notch.
I have to type another walk of 650 m. to go swap. A little coffee with that, dear retired customer?
At Trois Rivières walk a little further and CHOOSE Lecompte. Bonbon Mondoux Quebecois banana / strawberry! ? Interior home section, hardware section, DIY section, employees section RESPECTFUL AND POLISH!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service client est épouvantable. Les madames qui y travaille ont toutes une belle air bête. Je vous conseille de ne pas faire l'erreur de leurs poser une question puisque l'arrogance et la froideur sera de mise. Il y a une belle diversité de produits mais les employées gâche tout le plaisir d'y faire un tour.
Customer service is appalling. The ladies who work there all have a pretty stupid air. I advise you not to make the mistake of asking them a question since arrogance and coldness will be required. There is a great diversity of products but the employees spoil all the pleasure of going there.

La gérante m'a suivit dans le magasin et m'a directement accusé de ne pas m'être désinfecté les mains à l'entrée. J'ignore comment elle aurait pu le savoir, personne n'était à l'entrée à mon arrivée.
C'est plate de ce faire accuser sans fondement par quelqu'un qui ne porte pas le masque sur son nez et qui t'apostrophe à moins de deux mètres.
C'est un des seuls commerces du genre dans le coin, mais je vais tout faire pour éviter d'y retourner. Je recommande si vous désirez vous faire accuser pour aucune raison.
What an unpleasant place.
The manager followed me into the store and directly accused me of not having disinfected my hands at the entrance. I don't know how she could have known, no one was at the entrance when I arrived.
It's flat to be accused without foundation by someone who doesn't wear the mask on his nose and who shouts at you from less than two meters away.
It's one of the only shops of its kind in the area, but I'll do everything to avoid going back. I recommend if you want to be accused for no reason.

La gérante est agressive envers tout le monde et les employés semble irrités chaque fois qu'un client entre dans le magasin.
C'est impossible de magasiner sans se faire suivre ou sentir que l'on dérange.
Toujours une expérience déplaisante y aller.

The manager is aggressive towards everyone and the employees seem irritated every time a customer enters the store.
It's impossible to shop without being followed or feeling disturbed.
Always an unpleasant experience to go there.
