★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was okay, food was like any other Starbucks but the snacks were dry. Drink was made poorly, tasted like funky milk. TONS of flies everywhere inside, pretty much impossible to avoid. Baristas and cashiers didn't seem like they wanted to be here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here when you're in a rush. I went in to pick up a mobile order and got served last after the 5 people who came in and ordered AFTER ME. I got ignored by the cashier when I was trying to ask about my order for the second time. Basically had to yell at her to get her attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Strathmore Starbucks location is very poor! Dragon drink refresher is very light in color and has no taste… too much ice… tried to buy it a couple of times already and different tastes but it’s never good enough compared to the other Calgary Starbucks locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kudos to the one member of staff they had working there. Seems kinda ridiculous that they are open till 8 but the drive through closes at 4! Honestly seems very irresponsible of whoever is running the show to let the store be so understaffed that they can't keep the drive through open!
