I had a Truck burn down recently and lucky I was advised to take an additional policy out that help me come out even on my loan. I appreciate the team and have refered mulitple new clients who have also been extremely happy.

Lots of apologies which all could have been avoided with proper expectations and communication. Not a trust worthy location will never deal with or recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably some of the most crooked folks I’ve ever dealt with. April is the only decent one in Strathmore. Charlene from Langdon is also a nice lady. As for the rest, I wouldn’t trust them with my truck keys, forget to actually provide good service after an accident. Having insurance here has made me come to realize that there are amazingly some people more dishonest and completely devoid of morals and logic (unless it’s to their profit) than politicians; Western Financial Insurance agents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had insurance for 20 plus years and I have never had such terrible service in my life than from Western Financial in Strathmore. I had to call and email several times to get my mailing address corrected. They even screwed up my rural address. They emailed documents to an incorrect email address. I inquired about obtaining life insurance and never heard from anyone. When asked for a copy of my policy I was given instructions to use the intact app (it wasn't working) then they ignored me, eventually got the app to work and got my documents. Why have a broker at all????
The only reason I'm still there is because I can't transfer my exact insurance policy to a new brokerage mid way through my policy, but I promise come Aug I will be gone!! Stay clear!
