Je me suis fait rentrer dedans le 17 juin 2019 par un conducteur de camionnette identifiée au nom de cette quincaillerie immatriculée FMF 9138 dans un stationnement de la caisse Desjardins à Trois-Rivières. Le gars m'a reculé dessus dans une allée prioritaire. Il est sorti du véhicule en furie et m'a couvert d'injures. Il était violent verbalement, et il s'est caché derrière sa portière pour parler au téléphone, plutôt que de proposer un constat à l'amiable. Le gérant Alain Bérubé, plutôt que de me contacter par téléphone ou me proposer une rencontre, après que je lui ait exposé les faits par écrit, m'a envoyé une mise en demeure d'un avocat, m'accusant d'aller "trop vite", alors que j'étais immobilisée quand j'ai vu que l'autre reculait. Ces messieurs ne savent pas que la responsabilité d'un conducteur impliqué lors d'un accident dans une aire de stationnement où il y a absence de signalisation est régie selon le principe suivant : le véhicule quittant un espace de stationnement doit céder le passage du véhicule circulant dans une allée prioritaire ou secondaire. Ces messieurs sont également inconscients que des hommes violents impolis qui débitent des injures et qui ont le culot d'engueuler plutôt que de s'exprimer comme des êtres humains, les femmes ne veulent pas rester dans leur entourage.
These people do not know how to live, communicate or drive. I got in on June 17, 2019 by a van driver identified on behalf of this FMF 9138 registered hardware store in a parking lot of the Desjardins caisse in Trois-Rivières. The guy pulled me down on a priority lane. He came out of the vehicle furiously and insulted me. He was verbally abusive, and he hid behind his door to talk on the phone, rather than offer an amicable report. The manager Alain Bérubé, rather than contacting me by phone or offering me a meeting, after I gave him the facts in writing, sent me a formal notice from a lawyer, accusing me of going "too much quickly, "while I was immobilized when I saw that the other was backing up. These gentlemen do not know that the responsibility of a driver involved in an accident in a parking area where there is no signage is governed by the following principle: the vehicle leaving a parking space must yield the passage of the vehicle traveling in a priority or secondary alley. These gentlemen are also unaware that rude, abusive men who use insults and have the nerve to yell rather than express themselves as human beings, women do not want to stay around them.
