Went to Rona St Jerome yesterday, June 1st, 2020. No one at the door, only mostly empty bottles of sanitizer, no one sanitizing the baskets. Inside, not a single employee wearing a mask or attempting social distancing between themselves and customers. Get ready for the next wave, people!!!

No complaints yet service wise, but what's with the paying in the yard thing you have going on? When time to get and buy a few things out in the storage, you have to wait and pay there and when it's cold out it's really annoying! Plus most times when I shop there I pick up a buggy for the 4x8 sheets they have in store and then have to go to the cash, wait, take the wallet out, pay, then load the truck, and then go to the lumber yard, load the truck again for the stuff I need there, wait and pay again..rediculous!

I wont be going back. 2 weeks ago, cashier overcharged us 20$ because she did a mistake. Monday, I go with a coupon from their own website and they didn t want to accept it. After that, they had order wrong. I bought 20 X 66 lbs of 0-3/4 and they put 3/4 in my truck, saying that 0-3/4 dont exist even though i paid for that.... I hated my experience there and I ll try to avoid going back.

The set up they put in place to direct the clients in store due to Covid 19 is absolutly ridiculous. The signs are barely visible and it was a nightmare figuring out what way we could use to get to the cash register. And when you get to the cash register there is no clear sign as to where they want you to stand to wait for next available cash register. Since it was our first visit there we we're unsure and we got told where to go in a very rude way. We tried to explain that we we're sorry and that we had never been to that store so we just didnt know but the employe was still very rude. I understand the employes are all under immense pressure but when you've never been to a store you dont automatically know their measures that they put in place. It seems a lot of stores are using the pandemic to justify bad customer service. Will not visit this store again!

A lot of choices in items. Clean , organized and no long line up. The girls at the cash were very helpful to guide me to the floor and door department. Unfortunately the clerk there was rude and seemed bothered when I asked questions about the prehung door I wanted. I was literally the only customer in the store so its not like he was very busy or anything??‍♀️

There are staff who can speak English. They are courteous and helpful. We bought some appliances here. The experience is really good. There are more stuff here than the one in Mont Tremblant. I don’t mind to drive here to shop again. I’ll give this store 5 stars for sure. Good job guys.
