★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to this Costco on my way up North in the Laurentians. Although it is your typical Costco, the layout is completely bonkers & reversed from any Costco I’ve ever been in Quebec.
Very confusing & when asking employees where the eggs were, just told me “beside the coffee” as if that helped lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! Rebecca LL at the cash was extremely rude and aggressive when I was trying to pay. My fiance was right beside me when I presented my fiance's membership and credit card. These cards were in my wallet. Rebecca L.L was mad at me that I was trying to pay with her own credit card even though my fiance was standing right beside me. She pulled us to the side and she started lecturing both of us in an aggressive tone. Throughout the entire awful interaction we were speaking in French. Then she said that I don't understand her and asked if we should start speaking in English. I will never shop here again! What's going on costco Saint-Jerome?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Costco to go to! Good stock leveland various merchandises. Quite many healthy food stands, organic food at good price! Staff are very nice, helpful and efficient at check out! And I love the small foodcourt section too. Convenient And tasty. Recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy for an early morning, yet no wait to go in and the wait for the cashes was very short. They keep the store clean and the rows debris free. They offer products that most Costcos in the city don't offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice just like any other costco. It wasn't crazy busy but not slow either. One thing different here was the chicken burger. I haven't seen it at other costcos that I've been to. I'm not sure if it was that day but we got 2 and they were both dry. Weiners poutine, chicken strips and fries were good like any other Costco. My cousin was raving about the pizza lol there was no one in line for gas when we were there and it was about 10 cents cheaper than the place we filled up at just before getting there.

Most of the wrappers don't like they're job. They put frozen food in regular bag instead of bag made for that purposes. The less they do is the better for them. I spoke to Manager about it and no change at all. I go there because is close to my house and Boisbriand is lot further .
