★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comme d'habitude plusieur mois d'attente. Quand cest pas le fabriquant cest le covid. Jappelle pour avoir un suivi apres 7 mois et on me repond "et cest maintenant que tu appelle??" Apres avoir chercher mon outil pendant 1 heure on me rappelle pour me dire que ben justement ton outil est pret jallais vous appeller ce matin ???
1 Mois d'attente pour une garantie milwaukee de batterie ??? Par contre de linventaire vous en avez en masse pour en vendre ?
De toute façon yen a tu d'autre reparateur autorisé dans le coin??? fak vous repondez oui madame merci madame bonne journee madame.
As usual, several months of waiting. When it is not the manufacturer, it is the covid. I call to have a follow-up after 7 months and I am answered "and is it now that you call ??" After looking for my tool for 1 hour, I am called back to tell me that your tool is ready, I was going to call you this morning ???
1 month waiting for a milwaukee battery warranty ??? On the other hand, you have plenty of inventory to sell ?
Anyway, is there any other authorized repairer in the area ??? fak you answer yes madam thank you madam good day madam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Réparation outil milwaukee: Plus de 2 mois d'attente pour un réparation de ratchet à batterie Milwaukee. Aucun suivi, je laisse des messages et personnes rappelle. On se présente en magasin et on se fait presque rire au visage quand on demande un suivi. Un de mes collègues en est rendu à 3 mois pour son impatch wrench et attends toujours. Jusqu'à présent c'est vraiment pas un endroit que je recommanderais comme point de service pour la réparation de vos outils.
Milwaukee Tool Repair: Over 2 months of waiting for a Milwaukee battery ratchet repair. No follow-up, I leave messages and people call back. We show up in store and we almost make our face laugh when we ask for a follow-up. A colleague of mine is 3 months old for his impatch wrench and is still waiting. So far this is really not a place I would recommend as a service point for repairing your tools.

Ça fait deux fois cette année que je quitte les lieux après avoir attendu 30 minutes pendant mon quart de travail sans obtenir de service...peut-être que les autres clients ont obtenu un bon service mais, pour moi, c'est une seule étoile. Mon employeur me paye pour travailler, pas pour attendre chez Cloumatic.
What did I think? It's been twice this year that I've left the premises after waiting 30 minutes on my shift without getting service ... maybe the other customers got good service but for me it's only one star. My employer pays me to work, not to wait at Cloumatic.

Employee was trained/knowledgable and able to answer my not-so-easy questions with human answers. One of the best selections of Dewalt and Milwaukee I've seen, and the items I needed were in stock. Will buy here again & would refer.
Edit spring 2022: still great service, and everything I needed was in stock. J'avais également besoin de réparé un outil Dewalt et ils ont pu le faire sur place. Je considère Cloumatic une ressource.
