 Very good service. Nice promotion.Ob recommended a very quiet dishwasher. Buy a dishwasher on Saturday and delivered on Monday. He also picks up the old one. Really silent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the store as I have purchased a washer dryer previously and needed to equip my new build chalet with all new appliances. I wanted to look at Fisher & Paykel for their slim fridges and dishwasher drawers. I walked into the store, waited behind the red rope for a while and eventually an older man came to us and said “ can I help you” I answered that yes I wanted to come and look at appliances ( in french- I’m from the UK but I speak french albeit with an English accent) so I asked: can I come in? He said very dismissively, no that I needed to go and make an appointment and I could not just browse and he wouldn’t have much stock anyway and I probably would have to wait months for my selections...Blah blah blah.. I was shocked. This was on day 4 of store openings in Quebec. He didn’t know how long I could wait for appliance ( til summer) or that I had come specifically to buy a high end brand. Not only did he lose my business, my friend mentioned that she was going to “go to Corbeil to get a washer dryer because they deliver to the lake once a week”. I convinced her to come with me to a competitor. Really sad, as I love the Panier Bleu effort and thought the company was better than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just read the review of the person from the U.K. I can tell you that it has been very difficult for them to get appliances. We had to wait 8 months for our range. So, I think the salesman was just being honest. As for my own review, we finally received our Bertazzoni stove 2 days ago, and upon plugging it in, there was a horrible loud noise. Called the number on the pamphlet, they said a technician would get back to us within 48 hrs to let us know when he could come. Not satisfied, I called Corbeil in St Jerome, which is where we purchased, and the person said he would take care of it quickly. He had someone at our house within hours to check out the problem. My only regret is not having taken down the name of the technician. He was fantastic. The fan in the oven was, in fact, making the worst noise. He removed it and said he had never seen anything like it, couldnt figure it out. Take the fan out, no noise, put the fan back, loud noise. Nothing in the range that was in the way. He then asked me for a hair dryer. HUH?? He blew air into the range, only to realize there were a couple of labels towards the front of the range, which were the cause of the loud noise. Removed the ill-placed labels, and voila! Problem fixed. Answered all my questions, installed the oven brackets for me, just the best guy. Kudos to the employee at Corbeil and high honors for the stellar job by the technician. No problem recommending them for future purchases. Great customer service.
