★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai acheté mon ensemble laveuse sécheuse, il y a 5 ans et j'y retournerais sans hésiter. Ils sont très polis, pas de pression et ils sont très capables. J'ai déjà acheté chez eux avant et j'ai toujours eu du bon service. Le service après vente est super aussi.
 I bought my washer and dryer set 5 years ago and would definitely go back. They are very polite, no pressure and they are very capable. I have already bought from them before and have always had good service. The after sales service is also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après 1 ans et bien sûr la garantie est terminée. Laveuse brisé, sécheuse brisé, four brisé et bien sûr frigidaire brisé. Vraiment désolant d’acheter chez vous et que même pas 5 ans plus tard il faut en racheter. Jamais eu de problème chez votre concurrent sos.... nous avons acheté exactement le 25 mai 2019. Le frigidaire a été vue 3 fois pour réparation et la dernière fois cela a duré quelques temps.
After 1 year and of course the warranty is over. Broken washer, broken dryer, broken oven and of course broken fridge. Really sorry to buy from you and that not even 5 years later you have to buy it back. Never had a problem with your competitor sos .... we bought exactly on May 25, 2019. The fridge was seen 3 times for repair and the last time it lasted a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service après vente mediocre, Service de garantie une vraie blague aussi bien dire vente sans garantie. Réparateur arrogant et jamais disponible (seulement entre 10h et 14h) il ne travail pas tôt et fini jamais tard et s'en vante aisément. Le magasin et le Réparateur on de la difficulté a ce communiqué car le Réparateur ce fait toujours appeler aujourd'hui et le magasin dit avoir appeler la semaine dernière. Après 2 mois et demi après le premier appel pour garantie le réfrigérateur n'est toujours pas réparé. Je déconseille ce magasin pour le prix ou il vendent des électroménager bossé usagée et supposement avec une garantie.
Poor after sales service, warranty service a real joke as well say sale without warranty. Arrogant repairman and never available (only between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) he does not work early and never finishes late and easily brags about it. The store and the Repairer are having difficulty with this release because the Repairer is still calling today and the store says they called last week. After 2 and a half months after the first warranty call, the refrigerator is still not repaired. I do not recommend this store for the price or they sell used dented appliances and supposedly with a warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsque je me suis présentée en demandant si ils vendent des produits usager moins cher je me suis fait rire au nez et ridiculiser par les employés, service médiocre, sans respect pour le client et gratuitement méchant.
Re: je ne me suis pas tromper, vous êtes bien au 1180 rue des Laurentides, en me disant que tu n'as pas d'employer tu fait juste confirmer que tu m'as rie au nez avec ce que je suppose maintenant être un autre client ou un ami à toi, le fait est que tu à manquer de respect à un client qui te pose une question simple, si tu n'as pas de produit dans le budget d'un client répond lui simplement que non au lieux de dire que ça n'existe pas avec un air supérieur et un sourire mesquin, pour finalement rire lorsque je me décide de partir.Je n'est plus besoin de vos service car votre compétiteur à sue chercher un produit dans mon budjet et maintenant je sais vers qui me tournée.

Re: I was not mistaken, you are indeed at 1180 rue des Laurentides, by telling me that you do not have to employ you are just confirming that you laughed in my face with what I now assume to be a another customer or a friend of yours, the fact is that you disrespect a customer who asks you a simple question, if you don't have a product within a customer's budget, simply answer him no instead of say that it does not exist with a superior air and a mean smile, to finally laugh when I decide to leave. I no longer need your services because your competitor has been looking for a product in my budget and now I know where I turned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The purchasing experience was nice, the people in the store were helpful. The repair service is terrible. I've been waiting for over 2 months for my machine to be fixed. Finally had the repair technician scheduled to come and he didn't show up. I am very disappointed with the service and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
