On me dit ensuite quil m'emmene celui que j'ai acheté au debut de la semaine suivante, depuis c'est la même excuse chaque fois que jy retourne ( car il me dit qu'il m'apelle dès quil en a un pour moi mais ne rapelle jamais. ) Je viens d'acheter laveuse secheuse chez SOS electroménagers et ils demontrent deja bien plus d'honnêteté. Purchase of a stove + Frigidaire, on delivery they take me an old stove which is not the one I bought. I am then told that he takes me the one I bought at the beginning of the following week, since it's the same excuse every time I go back (because he tells me that he calls me as soon as he has one for me but never call back.) I just bought washer and dryer at SOS electroménagers and they already demonstrate much more honesty.

Je l'ai appelé pour ma laveuse défectueuse, et il m'a donné un rendez-vous la même semaine ! Wow ! Je recommande à 100%. Superb experience! Le frigo par contre à différent problèmes mais le propriétaire réponds rapidement à notre appel et viens faire la réparation à deux reprises car il a du commander la pièce principale (carte de controle). Il ne s'est pas défiler malgré le cout élever de la pièce, est venue rapidement et à régler le problème. Quand on achète un équipement usagé on ne sait jamais si on sera chanceux ou pas mais quand on a un service après vente comme celui de 401 on peux acheter avec l'esprit tranquil. Je vous le recommande. We bought a washer, dryer and fridge from 401. The washer and dryer works perfectly and we are very satisfied. The fridge on the other hand has different problems but the owner responds quickly to our call and comes to do the repair twice because he had to order the main part (control card). He did not slip away despite the high cost of the room, came quickly and fixed the problem. When you buy used equipment you never know if you will be lucky or not, but when you have an after-sales service like 401 you can buy with peace of mind. I recommend it.

J'avais un problème sur ma laveuse et il a pris le temps de me montrer comment changer la pièce défectueuse et de plus un samedi matin. Laveuse comme neuve !
