I spoke to manager at 4:45pm about a lamp, and Manager instructed to someone to help me for the lamp I wanted. At 5:00pm I was told that store is closed. I spoke to manager again as it was not my fault, and they were supposed to help me since we had already made the deal. Manager refused to help me either, and asked me to come back tomorrow. He was OK if I make a complaint to head office. It was totally humiliation.
