★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous n'avons pas été satisfaits du nettoyage des vitres de notre domicile par cette compagnie. Bien qu'ils aient été 4 employés à se déplacer chez nous, les cadrages de toutes les vitres n'ont pas été nettoyés. Nous avions expréssément pris ce service pour cette raison. Mécontente, j'ai dû en nettoyer moi-même et finalement, j'ai rappelé la compagnie pour qu'ils puissent terminer leur travail. Ils sont revenus, mais n'ont pas voulu me donner de rabais suite à leur travail fait à moitié. Très décevant.
 We were not satisfied with the cleaning of windows in our home by this company. Although they were 4 employees to move to us, the frames of all windows were not cleaned. We had expressly taken this service for this reason. Unhappy, I had to clean it myself and finally, I called back the company so they could finish their work. They came back, but did not want to give me a discount because of their half-done work. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service. J'ai eu recours à leurs services pour le nettoyage de mes fenêtres et je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite du résultats. Les cadrages des fenêtres sont encore sale et même si je l'ai spécifié à l'employé, il ne l'a quand même pas bien fait. Je dois faire le reste du travail moi même. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise. L'étoile que j'ai mis est juste parce qu'il était souriant si non pour la job j'aurais pu le faire moi-même.
Poor service. I have used their services for cleaning my windows and I am not at all satisfied with the results. The window frames are still dirty and even though I specified it to the clerk, he still didn't do it well. I have to do the rest of the work myself. I do not recommend this company at all. The star I put on is just because he was smiling if not for the job I could have done it myself.

Great pro service. I did my gutters, cleaning my windows and carpets. they came to 3 people and the work was impeccable. The guys were courteous and knew their job well. The price was affordable. A reliable company. Thank you again for your job and see you next year :-). Suzanne

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je l'aurais fait. J'ai sollicité les services de cette entreprise pour le nettoyage de mes fenêtres et j'ai été très déçus du travail fait. Il y avais encore de la saleté dans le cadrages et le monsieur n'a pas voulu le faire. Et pourtant, le nettoyage des cadrage de fenêtres était la raison principale de ma demande. J'ai été obligé de finir leur travail. Je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise vaut mieux le faire seul ou demander à une entreprise vraiment réputé.
If I could put 0 stars I would have. I requested the services of this company for the cleaning of my windows and I was very disappointed with the job done. There was still dirt in the frames and the man did not want to do it. And yet cleaning the window frames was the main reason for my request. I was forced to finish their work. I do not recommend at all this company better to do it alone or ask a really reputable company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, right on time. They did a great job. After cleaning all the windows, they spent extra time to clean some stubborn paint spots off the windows (we did not know about the paint spots). We will definitely use their services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really not professional. I would give a 0 start if I could. I contacted them for window cleaning service, I mentioned that there are posters on the window over the phone and provided pictures for quote. We accepted the quote. They gave me a date but without time, just said that they will contact me before coming. I waited the whole day!!! And finally I texted them to confirm the time (it was really rush for me cuz they were like we will finish the previous house in 5 minutes). I rushed to the place and received the text (see the attached photo for the convo). They said they will cancel the contract because it was too complicated. Not acceptable at all, definitely not recommending. (After I entered the place, I saw that they might tried to start the job, but was not professional enough or has the right skill to do the job so they abandoned).
