★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ***JE NE RECOMMANDERAIS JAMAIS CET ENDROIT MÊME À MON PIRE ENEMI*** tout simplement car ils ne font pas ce qu’ils disent. Ils ne tiennent aucunement leur parole. Un manque de professionnalisme flagrant. Ils sont venue faire une estimation à mon triplex et par la suite silence radio. Je suis allez me plaindre car je n’avais eu aucune nouvelle. Plus de trois semaine tard il me disent qu’ils ne veulent pas faire les travaux et aucun résultat de soumission. Ils m’ont fait perdre mon temps.... Ce qui me dit qu’il ont eu peur de faire affaire avec moi car ils se sont rendu compte que je suis une personne qui suit ses affaires de prêt. Pire expérience à vie Irak....

They came to my triplex to estimate and subsequently radio silence. I went to complain because I had no news. Over three weeks later they tell me they don't want to do the work and no submission results. They wasted my time .... Which tells me that they were afraid to do business with me because they realized that I am a person who follows his loan business. Worst experience in Iraq ....

Je ne recommande pas cette compagnie de déneigement, car il déneige à moitié. J'ai été obligé de repasser à chaque fois qu'il est venu. Ma voisine et moi sommes mitoyen; elle s'est plainte. Aucun changement n'a été fait. Il est peut-être pas cher, mais son déneigement ne vaut pas cher. À éviter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après plusieurs courriels que je leurs ai trasmis qu'il on fait une trace et ne sont jamais revenus me disais que je me stationnais croche dans le parking pas le choix l'autre partie n'a jamais été fait.jai un mari malade c'est pour sa que j'avais pris un déneigement.
Je les rappelle et me dit qu'il sont venu par courtoisie encore une trace je sort a l'extérieur pour sortir l'auto car mon mari est au litje klaxonne et son parti vite.quel service déplorable il me dit que je suis impolie je voudrais bien les voir a ma place .
After several emails that I sent to them that they made a trace and never came back told me that I parked in the parking lot wrong, no choice the other party was never done. I have a sick husband that is for her that I had taken a snow removal.
I call them back and tell me that they came out of courtesy another trace I go outside to get the car out because my husband is in bed I honk and he leaves quickly. what deplorable service he tells me that I am rude I would like to see them in my place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 4th year renewing my grass service with them, they started in their home and now have a nice garage and walk in store in Longueuil. The prices only increase every 2 years, not like the snow removal company we hired in our are who upgrade every year 20$....Anyways very happy to be their customer :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst Snow removal company I have ever seen . Last year my neighbor took them smashed in our fence , the driver said he would be back to fix it in the summer never came , i was in my yard removing snow off my car and driver almost run me over , he could care less . This year my landlord decided to take them , I mentioned it was a bad choice , but seems the price was cheap , well it goes with the service , I have needed to shovel as if i did not have a contract as he never passes . the other companies will go out about 3 times versus his one outing . leave snow every , blocks the exits runs the snow into the fence even after we tell them to not push it there , the basement apartment windows are all blocked , and its not like we dont give them enough room we need to park the cars in the street . simply awful !
no stars for them unfortunately but google requires me to put one
***they just came by now , and i still need to go out because he left a snow pile in the driveway entrance , and we cant get into the yard as he blocked our doors and shed ! ***
