★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was helped by Ryan, and I have to say how great his customer service is. You can tell how passionate he is about the product because he clearly does his research. I really enjoy the fact that Ryan reaches out to his long time customers for honest feedback so that he is able to deliver more informative information about each product and what works best with what you are using it for. A bonus for me was that Ryan seemed to notice what type of lighter I may have been interested in just by talking to me for a few min. I am glad he did not just try to sell me a lighter on display but offered to show me one that he thought I may enjoy having more than just a "matte black".
If you are looking for a healthier alternative, plasma lighter is a great option! And if you are looking to experience great customer service than you need to see Ryan!

These make such great gifts and they're so handy to have around, even if you're not a smoker. Honestly the product speaks for itself; the guys that run the stall are super cool. Will always recommend!
