★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai été très déçu du service offert par le kiosque Rogers situé à St-Hyacinthe. Je n'habite pas dans cette ville, mais je suis allé là pour acheter un nouveau cellulaire pour bénéficier d'un forfait corporatif (ce service n'est pas offert partout). Je n'ai jamais pu acheter le téléphone. La dame qui m'a servi m'a mentionné que la confirmation pour le compte corpo prenait environ 1h. Je suis retourné après le temps mentionné et rien. Finalement, je suis resté tout l'après midi dans le centre d'achat a attendre pour finalement retourner chez moi près de Montréal après souper car encore aucune nouvelle. J'ai vraiment eu l'impression de perdre mon temps car on m'avait dit qu'il devrait avoir la réponse sous peu chaque fois que je retournais au kiosque après des intervalles d'environ 1h chacune.
J'ai finalement été au Rogers a Brossard une semaine après car le kiosque de St-Hyacinthe ne m'a jamais rappelé même si j'avais demandé cela deux fois. Je n'ai eu aucun problème a l'autre point de service et j'ai eu un excellent service.
Je ne crois pas retourner au kiosque de Rogers à St-Hyacinthe pour ce genre de demande car on m'a fait perdre mon temps et on ne m'a jamais rappelé.
 I was very disappointed with the service offered by the Rogers kiosk located in St-Hyacinthe. I don't live in this city, but I went there to buy a new cell phone to benefit from a corporate plan (this service is not offered everywhere). I was never able to buy the phone. The lady who served me mentioned to me that the confirmation for the corporate account took about 1 hour. I returned after the time mentioned and nothing. Finally, I stayed all afternoon in the shopping center to wait to finally return home near Montreal after dinner because no news yet. I really felt like wasting my time as I was told he should have the answer shortly every time I returned to the booth after intervals of about 1 hour each.
I finally went to Rogers in Brossard a week later because the St-Hyacinthe kiosk never called me back even though I had asked twice. I had no problem at the other point of service and had excellent service.
I don't think I'm going back to the Rogers kiosk in St-Hyacinthe for this kind of request because I was wasting my time and I was never called back.

When you go to that kiosk, young people have fun with their cellphones, they are not interested in answering customers, they are arrogant, pretentious and rude
