★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le réseau coupe au minimum 1 fois par jour sans prévenir, le rooter se "reboost" et nous laisse donc sans internet. Pitoyable...
The network cuts at least once a day without warning, the rooter "reboosts" itself and therefore leaves us without internet. Pitiful...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franchement déçu, je prend congé pour une installation. Je débranche mes autres services. Et le technicien me dit se matin que ça ne pour pas être fait aujourd'hui. Je me retrouve sans télé ni internet et je dois à nouveau prendre congé pour l'installation. Par chance que la dame du service à la clientèle était gentille.
Frankly disappointed, I take leave for an installation. I disconnect my other services. And the technician told me this morning that it can't be done today. I find myself without TV or internet and I have to take time off again for the installation. Luckily the customer service lady was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are approached by a salesman who tells you they can give you a great rate for 3 to 6 years, shut the door. I was told that I could get a rate that would last for 180 months. I expressed concern that this was one of those offers that would revert to high costs after 6 to 12 months. I was told, "no". The rate was guaranteed. 6 months later I am informed that the price is going up $7 per month ($3.50 on tv and $3.50 on internet). When I called I was told that they are sorry the salesman mis-informed me. It was just the discounted dollar amount that wouldn't change. Lol. So I was guaranteed $12.50 off my tv bundle each month but just 6 months later, the price has gone up by $3.50. Now I'm down to just saving $9 per month. At this rate, by next year I'll be down to a whopping savings of $2 per month off the tv bundle. Not worth the effort of switching.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AVOID AVOID!! BY FAR WORST SERVICE EVER!! I cancelled my account, they not only charged me but now claim I need to wait 4-6 weeks for them to send me a check for their mistake!! Bunch of thieves and the service was horrible too can only catch wifi on one level of my tiny 2 level house. Garbage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cancelled 1 month before I didn't needed their services anymore and as soon as I cancelled their services my internet drop for 30 seconds about once every 2 hours. It never did that before I cancelled.
