Impossible de parler a un agent, pas de réponse courriel, et après 2 semaines d'attentes quand un agent nous appel le service est vraiment mauvais. Je vais retourner avec leur compétiteur ! Même prix, il ne sont même pas compétitif.
 Really miserable and bad service!
Unable to speak to an agent, no email response, and after 2 weeks of waiting when an agent calls us the service is really bad. I will go back to their competitor! Same price, it is not even competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depuis que la compagnie a été vendue le service à la clientèle est vraiment mauvais... Il faut appeler plusieurs fois pour obtenir ce qu'on demande, car ce n'est jamais fait du premier coup. En plus, il faut attendre très longtemps car le système informatisé semble long ou complexe à utiliser pour les employés. (L'autre fois, un appel de 20 minutes juste pour faire un changement d'adresse et un appel de 30 minutes pour obtenir un crédit).
Since the company was sold the customer service has been really bad ... You have to call several times to get what you want, because it is never done the first time. In addition, you have to wait a very long time because the computerized system seems long or complex for employees to use. (The other time, a 20-minute call just to change your address and a 30-minute call to get credit).

The wifi is really bad but really it doesn't look good it doesn't often work it leaves and comes back I pay for really bad wifi changed company its not worth the wifi as I said this crazy man is really bad

Errors on each of my invoices for 6 months, unable to correct and put the right amount in the contract. Looks like archaic invoices printed by a commodore 64. Cheap, but the service is cheap.

They take their clients to a collection agency when the account has been closed and fully paid for several months. Execrable service. Go with Cogeco, many more options for the same price and unparalleled customer service.
