J'ai donc décidé d'essayer l'expérience chez Pro ongles avec une photo sur internet, puis j'ai eu exactement ce que je voulais. Très contente de ma manicure, beaucoup de talent! I had a prestige nail manicure, then it was, from my point of view, unpleasant aesthetically. So I decided to try the experience at Pro Nails with a photo on the internet, then I had exactly what I wanted. Very happy with my manicure, a lot of talent!

J'avais lu les commentaires négatif avant d'y aller, mais j'avais aussi lu des commentaires positifs donc je suis allée en personne pour céduler un rendez-vous. Lorsque je suis arrivé, j'ai demandé une pédicure et si ça comprenait la paraffine. Elle m'a répondu "C'est quoi de la paraffine!?" Je lui explique, surprise que dans son milieu elle ne sait pas ce que sait. Elle me répond "Non, on as pas ça ici, va t'asseoir là bas quelqu'un va venir" Non merci... Une chance que je suis venu en personne (au moins je n'ai pas gaspiller mon argent dans une mauvaise expérience). Une étoile parce qu'elle parlait français au moins. A great lack of courtesy. They answer customers with bad language. Very poorly polished. I had read the negative reviews before going, but I had also read some positive reviews so I went in person to schedule an appointment. When I arrived I asked for a pedicure and if it included paraffin. She replied "What is paraffin !?" I explain to her, surprised that in her environment she does not know what knows. She replies "No, we don't have that here, go sit there someone will come" No thank you ... Lucky that I came in person (at least I didn't waste my money in a bad experience). A star because she spoke French at least.

The lady who made my nails made me an injury and after she put her burden on my wound she made male also in file my nails ... I would not go back to the only one ...

Ils sont douloureux maintenant... la personne qui s’occupe de poser le vernis de couleur était très peu aimable, elle regardait une série sur son téléphone pendant que je choisissais la couleur. Elle a de plus essayé de me faire payer plus cher qu’annoncé au départ ? Sans rdv et prix correct mais ça s’arrête là I wish I had been asked what I wanted to do before I started sanding my nails to natural plaque !! They are painful now ... the person doing the color polish was very unfriendly, she was watching a series on her phone while I chose the color. She also tried to charge me more than originally advertised ? Without appointment and correct price but it stops there

Really perfect, it’s without an appointment and the employees are very nice and sociable, on the other hand she does not speak French very well but it is not serious, I love my manicure they are very talented!

Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnes d'une autre culture mais gentils. Sur que le choc culturel c'est pas tout le monde qui comprend ça. Donc allez y pour une belle manucure, pédicure réussi ! Et tout ira super bien! Je les recommandent et je compte y retourner d'ailleurs ! Bisous. I have once been and have received so many beautiful comments on my nails like never before, even when I went to the grocery store everyone was enjoying my manicure. Good value for money. People from another culture but nice. On that culture shock is not everyone who understands that. So go there for a beautiful manicure, successful pedicure! And everything will be great! I recommend them and I intend to return there elsewhere! Kisses.

C'est la pire place que je suis aller..... I waited more than 40 minutes and the lady passed the news arriving before me... they didn't even bother to answer my hello, she doesn't really speak French, lack of courtesy! It's the worst place I've ever been...

J'aime mes ongles ils sont solide et il y a beaucoup de choix de couleurs. Le service est pas long et cest sans rendez-vous ce qui est parfait pour moi. Even if I don't live in the city anymore, I'm still going to have my nails done at pro nails in Saint Hyacinthe. Good price. I love my nails they are strong and there are lots of color choices. The service is not long and it is without an appointment which is perfect for me.
