★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le 25 novembre, oui oui le jour du vendredi fou. Je me suis présenté à la boutique où j'ai été reçu par le propriétaire. Mon cellulaire, un iPhone, ne fonctionnait plus. Je vous rappelle que nous sommes vendredi... J'étais convaincu que j'allais devoir passer la fin de semaine sans téléphone. Je ne pensais jamais que mon téléphone serait réparé le jour même... Pourtant, c'est exactement ce qui est arrivé. Je suis ainsi repartis, le jours même avec un téléphone fonctionnel alors qu'initialement je n'arrivais même plus à le charger ou à le synchroniser.... Comme si ce n'était pas suffisant, cette réparation ne m'a couté. Pourquoi ? C'est très simple... Il y a 10 semaines, j'avais du faire remplacer ma batterie chez eux. Quand j'y suis retourné, le technicien à conclu que le probleme était encore la batterie... Ça aurait été extrêmement facile de me dire que mon telephone avait eu. besoin de plein de pièces et que par conséquent la facture serait salé mais il n'en est rien... je suis plutôt repartis avec un téléphonr fonctionnant comme un neuf... et tout ça pour 0$

November 25, yes yes the crazy Friday. I went to the shop where I was received by the owner. My cell, an iPhone, was no longer working. I remind you that it is Friday ... I was convinced that I would have to spend the weekend without a phone. I never thought my phone would be fixed the same day ... But that's exactly what happened. So I left the same day with a functional phone when initially I could not even load it or sync it .... As if it was not enough, this repair did not cost me. Why ? It's very simple ... 10 weeks ago, I had to replace my battery at home. When I returned, the technician concluded that the problem was still the battery ... It would have been extremely easy to tell me that my phone had. need lots of parts and therefore the bill would be salty but it is not ... I'm left with a phone running like a new ... and all for $ 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai changé une pile de iphone 5 en janvier 2017 et en octobre 2017, le téléphone indiquait qu'il chargeait, mais la charge ne montait pas. D'après moi le matériel vendu est de 2e qualité. En plus la personne qui nous a reçu était très froide, aucun sourire, je ne recommande pas, Pour un iphone, allez directement chez Apple, chez qui le service est imbattable
Pour répondre au propriétaire la facture est au nom d’un proche qui veut pas se faire harceler. Mais ma version est véridique. Toujours mieux produit d’origine c’est mon opinion

My MacBook Pro a mother board replaced because the logic board had died. This was an inherent problem of the model. It was discussed before the repair of my intentions to repair and sell the computer and my reluctance to repair the laptop if the costs were too high. Without notifying me, the screen was replaced for a further $300.00. This made the cost of the repair the same as the selling price. This made the whole exercise a waste of time. It would have been better to simply recycle the laptop.
Unfortunately there were further problems caused by the repair. The quality of the repair was very much like an amateur. The screen was glued back badly, with an excessive amount of glue over the frame which was also badly scratched. One of the front corners of the laptop was smashed so badly that the screw could not be replaced back into its' hole. On top of this, another screw was missing.
I did not check the repair closely because I was in a hurray at the time of the pick-up and I placed the laptop back into its box. I am moving overseas so I simply left the computer in its' box. BIG MISTAKE! It was a few months after the repair before I realized this so I could not take the computer back to Le Centre Itech.
I do not recommend this establishment for the numerous reasons above.
