Pour avoir habité dans des loyer appartenant à un gros groupe immobilier dans la région de Montréal, je m'attendais à un bien moins bon service de la part d'un gros groupe comme le Groupe Robin. Les retours d'appels sont rapides et les problèmes sont réglés dans un délai très raisonnable. Personnel courtois.
 Personally, I was very satisfied with the services offered by the Robin Group. For having lived in rent belonging to a large real estate group in the Montreal area, I expected much less good service from a large group like the Robin Group. Calls are fast and problems are resolved in a very reasonable time. Courteous staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait affaire avec Le Groupe Robin pour l'achat d'un condos neuf en Octobre 2020. Dès le départ , le service était impeccable. Ensuite, J'ai moi même causé d'important délais en lien avec la vente de mon ancienne propriété. En réponse à mon problème, Le Groupe robin m'ont permis de louez l'unité de condo , le temps de régler le tout, et ce même si j'avais signé une promesse d'achat en octobre 2020. Jamais je n'ai senti de pression ou de stress de leur côté. Ils ont trouvé une solution à mon problème. Sa fait du bien de voir une entreprise en qui on peut avoir confiance et qui ce soucis du bien être de leur client. Nous sommes le 18 février 2021, 4 mois plus tard et j'ai finalement notarié. Je réfèrerais Groupe Robin à ma famille et mes amis sans hésité.

I did business with Le Groupe Robin for the purchase of a new condo in October 2020. From the start, the service was impeccable. Then, I myself caused significant delays in connection with the sale of my old property. In response to my problem, Le Groupe robin allowed me to rent the condo unit, the time to settle everything, even if I had signed a promise to purchase in October 2020. I have never felt pressure or stress on their side. They found a solution to my problem. It's good to see a company that you can trust and that cares about the well-being of their client. It is February 18, 2021, 4 months later and I have finally notarized. I would refer Groupe Robin to my family and friends without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ça fait pas longtemps qu'on loue d'eux, mais en général c'est bien. Le seul hic c'est que depuis que nous sommes emménagé que nous attendons qu'ils viennent changer la fenêtre de la salle de bain qui est moisi... Je crois que quand ce n'est pas urgent, ils ne sont pas trop rapide.
MAJ : je descend leur évaluation d'une étoile, car ils n'avertissent JAMAIS avant de venir faire des travaux...
MAJ 2022 : je descends encore d'une étoile...ils n'ont pas averti pour des visites et n'ont toujours pas changé une fenêtre qu'ils disaient qu'ils allaient changer l'été qu'on est arrivé (janvier 2019). De plus, la porte avant ne clanche pas depuis un moment. Le gars des réno avait dit qu'il allait repasser dans la même journée... L'été dernier.
2e MAJ 2022 : définitivement, quand on s'en va, ils deviennent condescendants. L'annonce pour notre logement induit en erreur tout le monde et après plusieurs visites, surprise, personne ne loue, malgré la crise du logement. On a de jeunes enfants et ils ne comprennent pas qu'on les couche tôt et qu'on ne veut donc pas de visites trop tard...
We haven't been renting from them for long, but in general it's good. The only problem is that since we moved in, we've been waiting for them to come and change the moldy bathroom window... I think that when it's not urgent, they're not too quick .
UPDATE: I lower their evaluation of a star, because they NEVER warn before coming to do work...
UPDATE 2022: I'm still going down a star...they haven't warned for visits and still haven't changed a window that they said they were going to change the summer we arrived (January 2019). Also, the front door hasn't clicked for a while. The renovation guy said he was going to come back the same day... Last summer.
2nd Update 2022: definitely, when we leave, they become condescending. The ad for our accommodation misleads everyone and after several visits, surprise, no one is renting, despite the housing crisis. We have young children and they don't understand that we put them to bed early and therefore don't want visits too late...

I had water damage from neighbors and contacted the robin group and within 6 minutes the service man was there. Serve is A1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retour d'appel après trois tentatives et une montée de lait. Prix pas affichés clairement, mentionnent que des unités seraient disponibles et en réalité ils ne le sont pas. On me prend pour un demeuré menteur lorsque je leur mentionne ces informations et qu'ils feraient le message au département de marketing. Je ne recommande pas. du tout.
Return call after three attempts and a surge of milk. Prices not displayed clearly, mention that units would be available and in reality they are not. They take me for a lying liar when I tell them this information and they would send the message to the marketing department. I do not recommend. at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This group has a very clean appartments with reasonable prices and the staff is so kind and friendly I would like to say thanks to Marc ,Melisa,Nataly and Jollian But after 8 months they changed no buddy replied to my emails and they haired irresponsible girls except Judith who left this month she was so kind.
