★ ★ ★ ★ ★ j'ai acheté une Paire de bottes au ardene a st-hyacinte dimanche passée et elles m'on durée seulement une journée avant que la semelle droite se détache complètement. Un membre de ma famille est alors allé au ardene demander si un échange ou remboursement serait possible malgré que Les bottes on étés portés seulement une journée et les employées avaient dit oui donc Je suis retournée au ardene de ma ville (beloeil) aujourdhui avec Les bottes et facture et ils m'on dit que c'est impossible d'échanger our faire un remboursement vu que Les bottes on étées portées. Honêtement après avoir payé 50$+ pour une Paire de bottes qui on durée moin de 24h et me faire refuser un remboursement ou échange me donner pas envie de retourner acheter d'autre items vu que ce n'est pas Mon premier incident avec vos produits.
I bought a pair of boots with ardene last Sunday and they only lasted a day before the right insole came off completely. A member of my family then went to ask if an exchange or refund would be possible despite the boots were worn only one day and employees had said yes so I went back to the ardene of my city (beloeil) today with The boots and bill and they told me that it is impossible to exchange for a refund as the boots were worn. Honestly after paying $ 50 + for a pair of boots that lasted less than 24 hours and make me refuse a refund or exchange give me no desire to return to buy other items since it is not my first incident with your products .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mon magasin préféré.. j'entre et je pourrais tout acheter. C'est pratique, on y trouve de tout , des élastiques aux bottes , toujours des vêtement tendance. Attention aux spéciaux, ils donnent le goût de dépenser...hihi
My favorite store .. I go in and I could buy everything. It's convenient, you can find everything from rubber bands to boots, always trendy clothing. Beware of specials, they give the taste to spend ... hihi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les vendeuses sont toujours après nous, pas moyen de magasiner en paix surtout que sa fesait 3 vendeuses qui me demandaient si je cherchais quelque chose en particulier et que je leurs disais "non" je veux bien croire qu'elles sont à la commission, mais moi aussi je travail chez Vincent D'Amérique à la commission et quand un client me répond qu'il fait juste regarder je le laisse magasiner en paix. Par contre, je lui mentionne bien que s'il à des questions de venir me voir.
The sellers are always after us, no way to shop in peace especially since its fesait 3 saleswomen who asked me if I was looking for something in particular and that I said to them "no" I want to believe that they are on commission, but I too work at Vincent D'Aérique on commission and when a client replies that he is just looking, I let him shop in peace. On the other hand, I mention him although he has questions to come and see me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De beaux vêtements pas trop cher pour mon ado. Par contre, la dame à la caisse n'avait pas trop de façon et la demoiselle aux cabines d'essayage.... pas trop vaillante... mais mis à part cela, ça vaut la peine d'y aller.
Nice clothes not too expensive for my teenager. On the other hand, the lady at the checkout was not too polite and the lady at the fitting rooms .... not too valiant ... but other than that, it's worth going there.
