M	Mike Pearse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Timothy and Donny - with whom I have dealt most often at this store are outstanding at providing helpful and personal service...with a sense of humour to boot! It is these two, specifically who have helped keep me with Rogers.
H	Hailey Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine and myself went into the Rogers store located in Huntsville,ON because his phone 2 days prior had just stopped working, kept saying "no sim card" no matter what we did. So we went in on July 24th 2019 and Donnie was working alone and as soon as we walked in he treated us like he had known us for a life time, we talked and explained the situation, he looked at the phone (while still talking to us) and he fixed it all within 5 minutes ! It was the BEST Rogers customer service experience I've ever had, and would highly recommend Donnie to take a look at your phone, very personable, GREAT customer service, and amazing with phones!

I called in to update my service plan and was informed that it would be best if I could go into the store. Timothy was great, he listened to what I wanted to do and offered exactly what I was looking for. He also made appropriate upgrade suggestions and I never felt pressured or rushed even though it was boxing day. I left with a great offer, two new iPhone 11's and a bunch of great accessories. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, you've earned a customer for life today. See you again in a couple of years when my plan renews. Update: I had to return one of the cases as it has some sparkly liquid in it and was too thick to allow the wireless charger to work properly. Again Timothy was nothing but great. Got my wife the case she wanted with no issues at all. Thank you again!

Feels like once they have you, no one cares if you are satisfied or not, and they don't feel obligated to provide the service at the price promised.

Nothing worked on the Home Screen and I was making a YouTube video about my trip. I had to have my phone fixed or get a new phone immediately. Friday I got up i’m headed to the Rogers store in Huntsville. I attempted to purchase a brand new phone but there were no phones in stock to meet my needs as I was looking for something with a lot of storage. Bill and the other person there were awesome! They contacted every store nearby to see what my options were & suggested I get my phone fixed and printed out of map of the closest place nearby where Bill had just been recently. They answered every question I had and instead of being concerned about loosing a sale, they were honestly and truly concerned about what was best for me at that moment. I am so truly grateful to them, for their support and the way they treated me. I was very upset and almost in tears and couldn’t have asked for a better response from anyone. Thank you so much! If you need anything at the Rogers store, I highly recommend visiting this location because the customer service is spectacular. Thank you!
