Bell Canada is overpriced and horrible to talk to. It took me 4 months of calling to straighten out a phone issue.

They book an appointment we waited all day no call no show after waiting I can and they tell me a service technician will be here the following morning be four noon , so we wait again noon comes and goes call back and get told the appointment was booked for a 8 to 5 appointment so I wait again and big surprise still no service technician , so once again I call told the address on service call was wrong that’s now why no one showed up but still leaves the fact that no text or call . I asked to speak to manager and was told that they will call me within 24 hours and guess what no call WHAT A JOKE .

A HUGE shout-out to Margaret at BELL in Huntsville Place Mall!!! A very elderly friend bought a new smart phone and cancelled her land line. Margaret spent untold time and patience walking her through the purchase and switch. Then, this 90+ year old found she couldn't manage the cell phone after all. We called BELL and Margaret said to bring it back in pristine condition and she'd do a refund, a contract cancellation etc. But....the interior cardboard sleeve had been written on rendering it less than pristine and creating a $150 damage fee. Margaret called other stores, her head office and searched the storage room. THEN she called recent purchasers to see if they still had an envelope. One did and gave it to us!! Margaret called and gave us the good news. I should add that she was unfailing kind, polite, and oh-so-patient. No eye rolling or even a hint that my friend was causing her hours of extra work that benefited her not at all! Kudos to Margaret for her truly exemplary customer service.

Terrible customer service. I have issues with internet speed, 0.5 Mb/s mega technical support tried to help out and were good. However customer service would not compensate or adjust bill for giving less than 10% of services. Issue not resolved. Stay away from them

Rebecca and Margaret were incredibly helpful and patient, and courteous regarding pandemic protocols. They answered my barrage of questions (as someone who came in to get a SIM card and phone plan, who hadn't used a cellphone in years). I was unable to order a SIM online because of mailing restrictions to PO Boxes, and I am very happy I was able to get taken care of from start to finish in no time at all in-person! They have a multitude of measures in place to ensure each person is appropriately social-distanced and looked after :) I highly recommend going to them in the Huntsville Place Mall if you need to get connected!
