Elle se renseignait si elle n'était pas certaine (elle était nouvelle) afin de me donner les informations les plus précises possible. Elle n'a pas hésité à rester après sa journée de travail afin de prendre le temps de bien compléter ma transaction qui a duré plus longtemps que prévu. Encore merci.
Impeccable service from Pamela. She did everything to serve me well by explaining all the possibilities and gave me good advice for a phone suited to my needs. The employee forgot to transfer my second line resulting in several hours with tech support on the phone. I would not recommend this branch unfortunately.
