★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just spoke to the pharmacy which I have been going to since this Independent location existed and they were extremely rude. It was a new staff person I didn’t recognize their voice, usually the ladies working there are kind and positive. I was looking for support for booking an appointment because the website wasn’t working for me and the man on the phone was not helpful and left me on hold for 5 minutes just to tell me to figure it out on my own because “it’s not that hard, if old people can do it than anyone can”
