Worst cell phone company in Canada They charged me 56$ illegally for just speaking to the sales person about a cellphone. I did not even get a phone with there company and still got charged money. Then I spoke with customer service after waiting 2 hours on hold and they did not fix the problem either . Fun Roger's!

Kanika and Vicky were above and beyond helpful in setting up our new phones! They made sure all of our data transferred over smoothly and were very patient and friendly with our young son. 10/10 would go again. Highly recommend!

Vicky and Kanika provided excellent customer service, they were extremely helpful setting up my new phone and thoroughly explained our phone plan. Data was transferred with no challenges. Both Vicky and Kanika were kind, patient and lovely to work with. This is my second experience with Vicky and would absolutely return to this location.

Vicky helped me set up plan and phone, very friendly and helpful. She always provided with best service, helped me transfer all information from old phone to new phone, and answered all my questions and concerns. I will always come back to this location, highly recommend.

I recently (Keith) upgraded my phone. I am not technically adept and truly appreciated the time and effort that Kanika and Vicky provided to get my new iPhone programmed and running. This included transferring pictures and contact information from a very old cellular phone. Excellent personalized service! I also had a few follow up questions and they were able to help me with a phone call as well. Thank-you very much... Keith

Was overcharged $116.76 when I started my contract here. Was told I needed to pay more for the down payment, and had no way around it, however it’s on the invoice the store sent me as a β€œvoluntary down payment” & was never added to my Rogers account. After calling Rogers and talking to their support, they confirmed they had never gotten the money either.

I would like to thank Vicky, Store Manager, and her Associate, Kanika, for helping me move from an old phone to a new one; and assist me with transferring of data along with a few accessories like tempered glass, Ultra clear case, and a wall charger. I appreciate both your assistance with these items.
