Went to go buy a phone off contract. Although they had 6 available. They refused to sell me the phone in order to prioritize new contracts because they bring in more money than off contract purchases. I have generously decided to give them a 1/5 because Google does not allow you to give 0.

Poor and impolite sales man. It is July 07 2020, I entered the show room and I found a pretty girl with her impolite boss. I dont know why he tries to behave like that. Rogers have to select its representatives better .

Context: I dealt with a Prime Communications agent via email to obtain a new Rogers BYOD wireless account. Things went relatively smoothly and I was provided an eSim to begin using the temporary number provided. Challenge: The iPhone X I’m currently using does not support an eSim. I went to purchase a physical SIM card and transferred the access from the eSim to the physical SIM. Once I activated the physical SIM, I reached out to a Rogers agent through the live chat feature to port my number and was told that I had issues with the account setup - the deal I was provided did not match system provision. Highlight: I decided to visit the Prime Communications shop in Markham to clear the air and to understand how I should proceed. I was helped by an employee named Phil who I would commend as extremely professional and helpful. He proceeded to understand my situation, outlined the issue highlighted and provided me with the best path forward which I am very satisfied with (it also aligns with my expectation). Friendly, courteous yet professional. Keep up the great work, Phil!

Horrible customer service, I had a bad experience with the Asian guy (I don't know his name), he was really cold & rude. They should retrain him to be nicer with customers.

Came to this branch to return a phone modem and update internet plan. Got to say branch was very clean and followed all safety measures which made me feel vary safe. Was helped by a gentleman named Ryan who not only helped me in returning and claiming my phone deposit, was able to assist me in changing my phone plan from Freedom to a better promotion plan from Rogers. This guy was very friendly and very helpful in making the transition change very smooth. This branch is a bit away from where i live, but will be back for the service provided here ?

Ryan and Daniel were absolutely amazing during my visit. I changed my phone and had numerous questions related to my new phone , applications and its use. They both portrayed great patience, kindness and understanding and went above and beyond in ensuring that I left the store confident and comfortable with my device.

I had an amazing in-store experiencing working with Tristan and Amos. I came in looking for a better priced plan and left with a plan that fits my needs and a upgraded phone. Both employees took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal possible!

Went to this Rogers location today and was assisted by a store rep (Dillon). This rep was amazing and offered speedy service with exceptional customer care. I had required an Esim for my new phone and he provided help with getting it setup and helped troubleshoot issues with the phone. Will definitely be returning to this location in the future. Would definitely recommend going to this spot when purchasing a new phone or for assistance with devices!
