★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were helpful, not pushy, and very friendly. I came to get my screen fixed on my iPhone X near closing time, expecting to get a quote and come back the next morning since I didn't want to leave my phone overnight. He fixed it in 20 minutes with skill and attention, staying 10 minutes over time to get it done. I really appreciate the service and was so happy to have my shattered dreams unshattered. Definitely come see these guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best phone repair place in Toronto !! I have obviously not learned that maybe I should get a phone case and have to get my screened replaced I think a total of 4 times this year perhaps even 5 times and they are seriously super professional and very fast EVERY single time!! I have dealt with the owner each time and he explains how long it should take and really knows his stuff. I have been impressed each time how quickly they have my phone looking brand new again!! I recommend them to everyone I know. 5+++++++++ in my book!! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually have any problems with my phones however when I do the Markham Rd and Steeles Rd branch is my go to place. I always send anyone (including my parents) looking for mobile phones for repair or service here and I've never heard a complaint. Just had my Samsung Note9 charge port replaced while I waited for a very reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred by a colleague to Vision Mobile. My brand new Samsung S21 Ultra fell and screen cracked while I was running. I got really upset. Very expensive phone and got it 3 weeks ago. But happy to get my phone working within an hour. These guys are awesome. Fixed my phone within an hour. As stated on their website, I got the genuine Samsung screen installed. Working perfectly fine. My phone looks and feel new again. Price for the replacement screen was very reasonable compare to Samsung store and other places. I did some research before getting done here. Very happy that I found you guys. I got free screen protector with the screen replacement as well. Thank you very much. Will recommend to friends and family. ??

After dropping my iphone X about few times the screen finally gave in on Friday and cracked.
I dropped it off earlier today and they told me it can be fixed in an hour. I just picked it up a few minutes ago after my work and it's good as new and for an extremely reasonable price (if I want to say clearly they offer better price compare to apple store and other stores that I went last 3 days) .
They used original OEM screen on my phone. I am actually pretty impressed with the work that I have received from this place because I usually go to apple store for everything but this time my co-worker recommend this place. This man knows what exactly he is doing and very professional business place. Aside from their wide range of accessories for cell phones, there customer service is AMAZING which is super important to me. They are very sweet, attentive, patient and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this place!!!
I'm definitely a happy customer!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admit this what a wonderful service they have done to my work computer. Last Thursday my daughter split the coffee and I couldn’t use so took it to this place. They have cleaned it within 1 hr and it’s working fine. I am really happy with the service and I fix the one of the button in the keyboard too. They ordered and fixed it with in few days. Thank you guys. I can say this if you have any kind of computer issues this place is very trustworthy and work is good too. ??????
