S	Shawn Gagne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into the mall today to get a new phone after having a rough morning trying to get mine to work (i lost the battle) i have been with telus for 16 years and never thought about switching but i stopped into rogers all the same and talked to Abby.......she was amazing so knowledgeable about the products and plans she knew the answers before i even asked the questions she was so well spoken i couldnt believe how efficient she was with not only my time but company time as well she made what could have been a stressful time so easy and smooth she was a pleasure to talk to and deal with.....im now a loyal rogers customer (she also had a coworker named kelly who was equally as friendly and oh so wise) thanks again to the team over there cant wait to go back and deal with them again

She got us great phones and a great price. She also had our 7 year old daughter help with switching our accounts. She got to press a bunch of buttons and she felt so important! Thank you Tabittha for all that you do!

I will give one bit of credit, Tabitha did her best to try to handle the absolute mess Rogers made where they wrongfully billed a tonne of money that they shouldnt have on top of 30 other mistakes. She gave her best effort and was very courteous but anybody who hasnt already signed up should avoid Rogers at all costs. They are just horrible. The service that Tabitha offered should be extended to head office. Because they have no idea what they are doing in their own company.
