This is actually my husband's experience Barrie went to the store at 12:30 needing an explanation for the necessary bi-monthly top-ups to his phone plan. "There were two couples waiting to enter the store. There appeared to be five assistants but only one customer being served. Fifteen minutes later the customer left and the first couple went in. Ten minutes later the couple in front of me quit, by then there were four people behind me waiting for service. Thirty two minutes after I joined the queue I entered the store. The assistant was new, eager to help and appeared to be the only one working in the store. What were the other 'Assistants' doing at their computers? When I left I noticed that many of the original queue dwellers had given up. I cannot recommend the service offered by this store. July 27, '21"

I recently decided to switch to Telus from another provider. I wasn’t fully sold on moving to Telus over other providers, but as soon as I walked in & started talking to Brandon I was all in. He laid out all my options for me, thoroughly explained everything, & made sure I was happy with everything. He didn’t only give me the details though, he also had conversations with me in between and truly made me feel like a valued customer. He is very personable, and made the experience great. When I was switching my services over, the porting of my phone number didn’t go through like it was supposed to. I wasn’t receiving texts or iMessages, or receiving them. So I went back today to see if we could fix it & Brandon immediately jumped to help me as soon as he saw me coming. I told him what was going on & he immediately started working on it. We found out that the port didn’t go as planned (that was what he thought it was) so we walked together to the booth for my old provider and he explained the situation to the rep there. They told him my number was still active in their system, so he called Telus corporate and they ported my number over fully. We got it all fixed up and in a timely manner too! Overall wonderful experience with Telus so far. I was extremely blown away by Brandon’s customer service. I will definitely be going back and working with Brandon every time. Absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much Brandon!

I want to start off this review by saying the employee we delt with was amazing.....BRANDON!!!! You are a gem! Thank you for your great customer service and personable experience! This guy deserves a raise! Great Customer Service and easy process! Me and my wife were creating a new family bundle and were upgraded and all set up within 20min! We even had to come back and change phones which I would like to state was not his fault hahaha and he still made the process and simple as possible! Thank you so much Brandon and Telus!

First time switching providers in 7 years, took multiple trips in and out to get things sorted with my other carriers. Brandon walked me through what I needed, got me set up with a new phone, and helped me bring my Freedom and Rogers accounts over to Telus. He even stayed late to help me set up one of the phones. The guy's customer service is on a whole other level. Definitely coming back to this location for all my future upgrades.

I would like to thanks Eliias for the amazing service he has given my sister and I. her husband was in in the hospital and we had made many trips in to see him for his help in getting Morgans phone up and running. Elias went above and beyond helping us !!!!!

If you need any help/advice/great customer service, Elias was the most helpful and kind person to have received services from. I was so pleased I actually switched providers so I can continue going back to see Elias for his awesome smile and expert knowledge.

I needed to change my plan and replace my phone. Despite the new provincial Covid restrictions, I was in and out of the store within an hour, including the time waiting in line. The customer service rep who looked after me, Mike W., was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am very pleased with the whole experience!
