I rolled into the mall..and spike with Mike... he took the time to try and figure out what was wrong...in the end..it could not be fixed.. he took the time to get me a better plan...as well I had to leave for an appt and he kept both and completed the data/ contact/ phot transfers for me... Mike ..is an extremely knowledgeable..professional part of the koodoo team.. highly reccomend this location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I go into Telus, they are very helpful. However, the kiosk in the mall had a totally useless gentleman,who hardly waited for the question to be asked before he said there was nothing he could do and went back to his games.

So I was overly delighted when the staff went out of their way to help me and my mum transfer all of our information into new phones. She went above and beyond and knew tips and tricks to make the process easier and faster. Saved me a lot of time and frustration by going in and asking for help. We have a family cell phone plan with Koodo - so I won't say it was free but the service and help we received that day was. She spent over an hour helping us! 10/10

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help out by offering up multiple options after I accidentally broke the screen on my phone. They also made great recommendations for the option that suited my financial and personal needs best. I'll definitely be going back to see this team for any future cell phone emergencies and questions.
