★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed assistance with obtaining a new sin card and converting our cell phone to the new phone my husband got (from our son) so we went to the kiosk in the Kingston mall. Virgin has always had wonderful customer service, but I have to say, Shawn Nicholson really went over the top. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and had a great sense of humor. We purchased our sin card, unlocked the current phone and updated the new information (with his help) within a few minutes. He offered additional information about the new phone we had received from our son to help with options we had no idea were even available. Virgin really has an amazing employee with Shawn Nicholson.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called technical support because my internet stopped working spoke to 4 different people because every time someone would tell me the problem is my modem and how many users I have, then I find out there was an outage. I got hung up on twice, once from a tech support agent and once from a manager called Julie in Montreal. They need to understand that in times when we are working from home and studying from home they should be more responsible and helpful not arrogant. I was promised a credit by an agent called Andrea and then Julie tells me there is not notes on file that I spoke to anyone, yet here are all the calls I had with the agents. Worst service ever and I do not suggest for anyone to use the company.

virgin mobile as a whole has been stressful, tiresome, and terrible.
this kios? it closed for a month. its an essential service, and? its been almost a year since covid 19? virgin mobile had plenty of time to find workable solutions to serve its customers.
too bad it was too busy sending passive aggressive txts and harassing me about setting up internet with them.
every time ive tried to use this kiosk in the past, they have had nothing for me but a run around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Virgin Mobile contacted me to pay modem fees on an account that closed so long ago the bill no longer exists in their system.
I received a phone call 2 years after I closed my account claiming I did not return the modem and therefore had an outstanding charge. I asked them to waive this fee or at least reduce it since it has been 2 years and I no longer have proof of tracking with canada post.
Over 3 hours I was bounced between 5 people where I had to reexplain the situation each time. One person even transferred me to Bell who told me they don't deal with Virgin Mobile.
Virgin mobile was unable to waive the fee or even let me pay it online because my account closed so long ago that the bill no longer existed. They could not refund the $86.23 stating it would still show up as an outstanding amount on my account. They refused to issue a manual cheque to refund the amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had such a horrible experience with a phone company in my life! The agents are SO ignorant i canceled my phone regardless of how UNREAL it costed because i was tired of crying EVEYTIME I dealt with them.
